By placing an order you agree to these terms. Hacking Home is a sole proprietorship based in San Jose, California.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. Offers (first-order discount, buy 2 get the 3rd free, free shipping) are applied automatically and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may cancel and refund an order if a price was listed in error or a design becomes unavailable.
Made to order
Items are printed after you order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the filament, and fine layer lines are a normal feature of 3D printing, not a defect.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are the carrier's and start once the parcel ships. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
See our shipping & returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Safety
Products are home decor for adults and are not toys. Lamps are for the supplied low-voltage USB LED only. Trays and holders are for dry or wrapped food (dates, sweets, tea bags) and short contact only: printed PLA is not dishwasher safe and should not hold liquids or raw or oily food. Keep away from heat above 55 °C / 130 °F.
